Loss Analysis
Dimont & Associates conducts internal reviews and loss analysis on claim processing & servicing. This analysis is performed on all claims submitted by a servicer for a prior month.

The Loss Analysis process identifies:
• Total curtailments or any non-payment of claims submitted
• Root cause of unclaimed amounts or denied claims
• Trends which may be related to these items such as vendor performance or missing documentation
• Recommended follow up actions

The follow up actions may be used as documentation for specific/partial denial appeals, recourse with vendors and recommendations for process changes to maximize the value of similar claims in the future.
