Bernie Dimont
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Bernie Dimont practiced Insurance & Copyright law before creating Dimont & Associates in 1996 to provide hazard claims management services to national mortgage servicers/investors and GSEs. He has consulted nationwide on hazard insurance services for investors, servicers, and banks. Through his stewardship, he has guided relationships with many insurers and servicers and positioned Dimont as the experts in the hazard claims business.
Mr. Dimont is a member of the California, New York and Oklahoma Bar Associations.
Jacqueline Dimont
President
Jacqueline Dimont provides executive leadership and oversight for company operations and human resources at Dimont & Associates. Ms. Dimont guides internal corporate development and implementation of operational policies . She has provided the company more than 10 years of management direction during some of the company’s highest growth phases and transitions.
Ms. Dimont’s prior experience was gained in high technology and consumer products industries, including a management role at QUALCOMM, Inc., PepsiCo, and work within the healthcare and educational fields.
Ms. Dimont holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from UCLA and an Academic Certificate in HR Management from SDSU. She completed the Professional Teaching Credential Program from UCLA’S Graduate School of Education and earned her teaching credential to cover adult education.

Jonny Borok
Chief Financial Officer
Jonny Borok is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting at Dimont & Associates. He has over 25 years experience in accounting, finance, auditing and financial oversight of corporations. Prior to joining Dimont eight years ago, Mr. Borok was the CFO for a mid market private company. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Big 4 accounting firm background. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and Economics.
Rick Hart
Chief Operations Officer
Rick Hart ensures that the company has all the proper systems, operational controls, procedures, reporting and HR systems in place to effectively grow the organization. With 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Hart most recently served as Vice President/ Market President with Exervio Management Consulting where he successfully expanded the company into the Dallas market. Prior to Exervio, he spent 14 years with GuideStone Financial Resources as Executive Director, where he implemented multiple enterprise-wide systems and operations. Mr. Hart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Jami Sherr
Senior Vice President of Client & Operational Development
Jami Sherr has oversight to all client-related opportunities in the areas of client relations, operations management, implementations and quality assurance. She has seventeen years of experience in mortgagee hazard claims management and has been with Dimont & Associates for fifteen years. Ms. Sherr holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from San Diego State University and is a licensed adjuster in 38 states.

Joe McCloskey
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Joe McCloskey has had a lengthy career in Housing and Real Estate, including both the public and private sector. Prior to joining Dimont, Mr. McCloskey was a consultant providing advisory services for the Housing industry. He also headed the Office of Single Family Asset Management at FHA, where he was responsible for Federal policies related to FHA mortgage servicing and property disposition.
Mr. McCloskey established FHA's loss mitigation program, led FHA's outsourcing effort for HUD REO management and disposition, and directed HUD bulk sales of Single Family residential mortgage notes. He received the Federal Government’s Distinguished Service Award in recognition of his contributions to the Federal Government’s Housing programs. Prior to his retirement from Federal service, he was appointed to the Federal Government’s Senior Executive Service. He received the Federal Government’s Distinguished Service Award in recognition of his contributions to the Federal Government’s Housing programs.

Scott Hornick
Vice President of National Sales
Scott Hornick forges productive business relationships resulting inrevenue and profit enhancement for Dimont. As a 24 year veteran in the mortgage industry, he has worked with some of the nation's largest mortgage lenders. Prior to joining Dimont, Hornick held various positions with GMAC Residential Funding, Bear Sterns-EMC Mortgage, Impac Mortgage Holdings, Aames Financial and J.I. Kislak Mortgage.
Mr. Hornick attended the University of Dayton and University of Tampa, and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance. He can be contacted directly at shornick@bdimont.net.
Tom Stover
Director Business Architecture
Tom Stover is responsible for assuring the best practices are implemented into the operations of Dimont & Associates. He has over 20 years experience in consulting and lending operations with Accenture, Washington Mutual, Countrywide Home Loans, and most recently with JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Stover holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
